How to Start a Return
You can start a return directly from your order confirmation email or account page. Have your order number and proof of purchase ready. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items must be received back within 30 days of the label being sent.

We offer a lifetime money-back guarantee for products purchased on Amazon only with valid proof of purchase from the FACTORFIVE Seller account. Unauthorized resellers are not covered.
