How do I start earning points?
Simply log into your account, and you’ll begin earning points with every dollar you spend on FACTORFIVE products.
How many points do I earn for each purchase?
You earn 5 points for every dollar spent, so every purchase brings you closer to great rewards!
Can I earn points for other activities?
Yes! In addition to purchases, you can earn points for following us on social media (50 points per platform).
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for exclusive coupons, discounts, free products, and free shipping. The more points you earn, the more rewards you can enjoy!
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from the date you earn them. After that, any unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis if you haven’t engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit on how many points you can earn. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate!
How can I earn rewards faster?
